On the other side 2 rooms lake side with 2 beds 90 cm and a bed 160 cm and 2 rooms side pine forest with 2 beds 90 and 1 bed 160 cm. Beds 90 cm can be joined to make beds in 180 cm. The villa is equipped with 5 bathrooms and 4 toilets.
Outside, the two semi-covered terrace areas, will allow you to enjoy a very significant relaxation area and the pool secured by a roller shutter. The garden, raised and closed, allows you to park several vehicles. A campsite at the end of the road, 10 minutes walk, offers small shops (supermarket, bakery)
The ocean and its shops are accessible by car or bike (bike paths in the pine forest) 10 km, golf, casino and tennis 7 km, a nautical club 1 km.
