Second stay at this property in a month. Apt was clean, consistent and comfortable for our family of 3 and small dog while visiting our college student. Host is quick to respond. Will definitely stay again when in town.

The property was just as listed and very comfortable for our family of 3 and small dog for a weekend stay. It was easy to find and the host's checkin instructions made it very easy to know exactly where we were going and how to get in. We enjoyed out stay and actually had already booked for a return trip next month which we now know was a good choice!

The property was substandard. The ceilings were very low, maybe 6'6", but bath and kitchen are even shorter. My 6' husband hit his head on the shower rod and bath exhaust fan. Both kitchen and bathroom were up a short step which was a tripper, particularly at night as there were no night lights in the hall. Also, no light switches in the bedrooms and living room so you have to search for a lamp switch in a dark room. 2nd bedroom only had room for a queen bed and a floor lamp, no bedside tables. Main bedroom had only one bedside table, so we had to move furniture to get another one in the room, but that blocked the closet door and there were no plugs accessible to it. Refrigerator has a slow drip that leaves a puddle on the floor. There were good supplies for the coffee and drinks and plenty of plates, cups and cutlery.Bath has too few hooks/towel bars and no surfaces to put you clothes or cosmetic bags.

Comfortable and great location.

I stayed at this property for almost a month and thoroughly enjoyed it. It had everything I needed and is conveniently located to Route 9 and I-435. The host was very responsive, which I greatly appreciated. It's nice to know such a comfortable place is available in Shrewsbury.

Had to have the host come over to let me in because the lock was stuck bolted shut. Had a nice stay and the host was very easy to communicate with.

There was battery issue with the door but it was replaced for the guest right when we were notified. We do not have this issue anymore.

Perfect for us!

We came to visit our son who attends Holy Cross in Worcester. We were traveling with our adult daughter and appreciate having 2 bedrooms. Plenty of space to relax. Small kitchenette was well stocked. It was perfect for our short stay.

The apartment was very clean and cozy but if you are tall watch out for the low ceilings. Being in an old home it has some wonderful character! The bed was very comfortable as well and has a nice living room with TV. I would highly recommend this place to stay. The host is also very receptive and on top of everything, thank you Ebenezer.

Very nice property and surrounding area. The host was fantastic with instructions. 10:00 a.m. is a early checkout but understandable. The downside is the walls are very thin so not a lot of privacy depending on where you're talking in the house. But overall a very nice day

Great stay

My son and I were in town for sports and it was great to have a home base. It's clean, cozy, had everything we needed, and good location to town and highways. (We stayed on second floor so there is a full flight of stairs to get in.) Host is great and super responsive. 2 Quick notes: offers a hot plate rather than a full stove and low ceilings for my 6'2" son, but overall we had a great visit and would go back if in the area again.

Shrewsbury Stay

Wonderful experience. Communication with the owner was prompt and welcoming. He made sure to keep in touch and make it known he was close if need be. Extra little touches could be seen throughout the house and it was well stocked. Would highly recommend to family and friends.
