Great house in a lovely region

We really enjoyed our stay, the house is great and as described. Very comfortable and located in a great part of the “Drôme provençal”. We specially liked the open space downstairs. We will try to rent it again!

Important différend suite à une panne de chauffage

Séjour de 3 nuits pour passer le réveillon de Nouvel An, sans chauffage dans la pièce principale (panne de la clim réversible), avec des températures hivernales. Difficultés à chauffer cette grande pièce avec la seule cheminée (d'autant plus que le bois à disposition n'était pas sec donc fumait énormément, nous obligeant à aérer régulièrement) et quelques chauffages d'appoint. Ce désagrément n'est certes pas du fait des propriétaires, mais à ce jour nous n'avons toujours aucune réponse à notre demande de dédommagement. Il nous a même été répondu que nous n'avions qu'à acheter du bois sec au supermarché. Il semble également nous être reproché d'avoir consommé de l'électricité avec les chauffages d'appoint!.. D'autre part après 5 douches nous n'avions plus d'eau chaude. En bref, expérience très décevante.
