About this property

Escape the noise and cramped condo scene and watch the dolphins play in the canal as you enjoy outdoor dining on a huge second story balcony overlooking water, pool and yard. Large, corner lot just two miles from world famous Marco Island beaches, shopping, attractions.
House is a 3/2 with large living room and family room and an open floorplan with water views from living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom.
Pet fee is $150 per pet (negotiable).. Boat dock fee is $50 per night. Pool is professionally cleaned every Monday. The lawn features native landscaping, preserving plant biodiversity and providing habitat for attractive and beneficial wildlife.

Great location!

Awesome little queen spot with a dope backyard view and a nice pool for the kids! We would for sure go again! I was even having trouble with one of the TVs and the owner stayed on the phone with me for an hour trying to help me fix it. Nice spot in Marco for sure!

The property owner was super nice. The house was a little outdated but clean. Our only issues were no lounge chairs by the pool and no beach chairs. Also the pool was not heated. But the house itself was clean and very comfirtable

Wonderful stay and lovely accommodations.

Pros: Owner very responsive. Huge living and dining rooms. Kitchen well appointed. Large deck and nice views. Clean environment. Lovely location near to everything. Cons: Do not plan to use the pool in the winter months unless you like water temperatures in the 60's, or the heater is repaired or replaced. We were a party of 7 and could have used a few more towels, but made do by doing the laundry more often. The cleaning crew might want to vacuum under the beds and wipe out inside the cupboards. We could not use the tv in the bedroom as some connections were missing to the chrome stick, but it was not a priority for us so we did not pursue a remedy.
