Our More Time Together program offers 1:00 PM check-in and checkout for stays of four nights or more. This is stated in the promotion terms and in the rental agreement signed at booking, which we shared with you when the question came up. Although your stay was two nights, we chose to extend both the early check-in and late checkout at no additional cost. We were happy to do it, and we're disappointed to see a courtesy described as a failure. We're also surprised by the concerns listed here. Our team checked in with you during your stay, and none of these issues were mentioned. Concerns like plumbing, the hot tub, or cleanliness are ones we would have addressed immediately with a visit. Hearing about them for the first time in a review, after the stay has ended, takes away our ability to make things right. Every home in our care is professionally cleaned and inspected after each stay, and our standards are high. We have still shared your comments with our housekeeping and maintenance teams, because we take every piece of feedback seriously. We value every stay and hope future guests will reach out during their visit so we can make it everything it should be. We're responsive, we care, and we'll always do our best to fix it while you're here.
