LOCATION:<br>Direct access to the beach (supervised swimming in summer), the port (canoe and paddle rental), and the esplanade (playground and petanque).<br><br>ACCOMMODATION:<br>Air-conditioned chalet on 2 levels comprising on the 1st floor (independent access by an external staircase): a living room-kitchen lounge area (wine cellar and fondue bar), 3 bedrooms (double bed 160x200 cm) including 2 with a private bathroom (shower), 2 separate toilets, a separate bathroom (shower and 2 sinks). 2nd floor: a lounge area under the sloping floor (connected TV), a dormitory in the attic (4 single beds 90x200 cm), separate toilet with washbasin. Laundry room on the ground floor with washing machine, dryer, ice maker, American fridge with freezer.<br><br>EXTERIOR:<br>Large terrace in the extension of the living room overlooking the lake (large dining table + barbecue + deckchairs).<br>Ground floor: Garage for bicycles, motorcycles, boats, kayaks ... <br>Private parking on the property.<br>Direct access to the beach and the port.<br>

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und können diese Ferienwohnung gerne weiterempfehlen. Das Check-in verlief unkompliziert und reibungslos. Unsere Kontaktperson war jederzeit erreichbar und stand bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung.Während unseres Aufenthalts haben wir auch die Vermieter persönlich kennengelernt. Sie waren ausgesprochen herzlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, sodass wir uns von Anfang an willkommen fühlten.Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, hochwertig und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Alles ist durchdacht, praktisch und funktional.Wir haben zwei schöne Wochen verbracht. Vielen Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Familienferien

Die Unterkunft eignet sich bestens für Famulienferien mit Kindern egal welchen Alters. Der See ist direkt vor dem Haus, es gibt viele Möglichkeiten für Spiele und die Unterkunft bietet genpgend Platz. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist wirklich sehr schön.

Tres bel emplacement face au lac et chalet neuf, joliment amenagé et bien équipé

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au chalet. Bel accueil de la gouvernante Céline. Commerces et restaurants à proximité. Petit bémol : il n’était pas indiqué qu’il fallait laisser un chèque de caution à l’arrivée. Heureusement, une amie du groupe avec son chéquier sur elle.
