Our brand new, luxury apartment is located in the gated Aldea Zama neighborhood, which is so convenient for people who want to be near the beach (about 10 minutes) and be able to check out the neat downtown Tulum area. Open concept kitchen, living and dining area decorated with high-end furniture to give Tulum vibes. The kitchen is fully-equipped with pots, pans, table settings, a coffee maker, and more. The best part of the kitchen/dining area is a beautiful, long wood dining table. The table is high quality and would be a nice place to sit and work if you came down to Tulum for awhile.

There are sliding glass doors that lead out to the terrace and give great natural light to the space. The private terrace is such a nice place to sit after going to the beach when you're trying to collect your thoughts before heading out to dinner. Our unit is on the third floor so you're just staring out at the tops of the trees. The bathroom is well-lit and a refreshing place to wash off all of the sand. There are also blackout curtains in the bedroom and living room which are life savers for if you want to sleep in and rest.

Guests have access to free parking, a bonus area downstairs, and a rooftop pool area with a pool, tub with jets, loungers, chairs, etc. There are beautiful blue tiles by the bar area next to the pool.

Random thoughts: Some people give suggestions in this section. I've seen people recommend a lot of the obvious places to check out, like Papaya Playa Project, Nomade, etc. Don't get me wrong, Azulik and all of those chic places are gorgeous. I just wanted to say that one of my favorite restaurants in the downtown area is called Los Aguachiles. It is a casual, open-air place with a thatched roof...it's a nice place to grab a michelada and fish tacos/ceviche after the beach.


There is a security guard at the front desk/reception area. No parties allowed.
