Perfect location

I really enjoyed my stay, I loved the location! it has everything you need within walking distance. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed and I was very comfortable. I will stay again.

Excellent location and superb staff.

We were very comfortable and at ease in the apartment. Oscar and his staff made our stay wonderful and he should be commended on his professionalism and customer service. We will definitely be staying again at 3450!

Great apartment!

Clean apartment in a great location. The rooftop views are beautiful. Carolina and the staff at the front desk were really helpful and kind. Loved having a kitchenette to cook!
