Die Lage in einer kleinen Nebenstraße ist sehr ruhig, zu den vielen kleinen Geschäften und Supermärkten, dem tollen Marktplatz, der Metro und zur Restaurant-Meile geht man nur wenige Minuten. Der Stadtteil Montreuil wirkt ein wenig heruntergekommen, aber man erlebt sehr freundliche Menschen und wohnt quasi im wirklichen Leben und nicht in sorgsam gefakten Touri-Umgebungen. Schick ist auch die Wohnung nicht, aber auf alle Anfragen wurde hervorragend und sehr persönlich reagiert, und auch die Sauberkeit wurde deutlich verbessert. Zwei Schlafzimmer sind im Kellerbereich, aber das ist kein Problem. Mit fünf Personen (drei Kinder) haben wir uns schnell eingelebt und kamen über 9 Tage prima zurecht.
