Located in downtown Victoria, this updated 14th floor executive sub-penthouse condo is located in the well reputed Juliet Building. It is designer decorated with all of the amenities you want. Please note this suite is not suitable for children.
The suite features a Queen bed in the main bedroom and a Double in the smaller second bedroom. Watch all channels on two large screen HDTVs. The kitchen is a chef's delight with top of the line appliances, both large and small. Enjoy both ocean and mountain views from the 12 foot floor to ceiling windows, or the warm summer breezes from your private 450 square foot wrap around balcony. This suite has a portable 1400 BTU air conditioning unit in the living room, as well as a unit in each bedroom, to help with our high temperature days.
Fine dining, casual coffee shops, urban bistros, galleries, gourmet grocers and world class boutiques are all within walking distance. Moments away, immerse yourself in the spectacular beauty of the ocean, beaches, parks and trails that make the West Coast one of the world's great destinations.

You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. Check-in starts at 4 pm P.S.T.
GARAGE HEIGHT: 7 ft (2.13 m) - If you have a large vehicle, please ensure that your vehicle will fit the garage height restriction.
There is a bike rack at the back of the parking stall that can hold 2 bikes. Be sure to bring your own cable and lock. Please let Victoria Prime know when you are bringing bikes. Every building has a zero tolerance for bikes in the lobbies or elevators, fines will be issued for such.
Victoria is the busy, vibrant and growing capital of British Columbia. Just as in many cities in BC, Canada and likely other countries in the world, we are experiencing a shortage of housing. In dealing with this situation there are several new buildings being constructed in the downtown core, and elsewhere. We recognize that there could be some daytime noise but are confident that it will not interfere with your time in beautiful Victoria.

Everything was great. Nice apartment, with great view in a great location. The place has everything you might need to enjoy your stay in Victoria. Would love to say here again on our next visit.
We love the view. We enjoyed how close we were to shops and restaurants. It was decorated quite nicely, maybe a little too much furniture for the space though. The only negative was the bed not very comfortable but they’re probably gonna replace it and the portable air conditioners really didn’t work that well.
We really enjoyed this condo. The views of Victoria were amazing. The furniture is very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Having a gas grill was a bonus and we used it often. Many stores and restaurants in walking distance. Very comfortable.

Condo. The views were great. Clean and tidy. Very breezy on the deck during our stay but it was nice to have the open doors bringing fresh air in. Centrally located. I would highly recommend this property. Very good communication as well.
What a wonderful property - light, bright, decor and color schemes perfect. We had an amazing experience at this property. We loved the openness, the city sounds, the view, the deck. The Management Company was so accommodating and always within a telephone call away. The pictures are accurate - the condo is even more spectacular than the pictures show. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. The location is incredible and the building is well kept. Our only issue was the property is so classy that it deserves a more personal key handoff instead of going to a scary lock box.

We find that the tendency today is for self check ins and that is what guests seem to enjoy. That being said, for your next stay we would be more than happy to meet you at the suite when arriving. While we really enjoyed the architecture and location of this rental, the cheap discount-store tchotchkes cluttering nearly every surface of the space were more than a bit much. We were literally tripping on plastic plants and Chinese seashell themed knick-knacks. Some of the furnishings were pretty high quality - but the ersatz decor was just too much! Expect floor to ceiling windows, a really nicely appointed kitchen and some of the best views in town (if you can see past the aforementioned object-de-gabarge. I say book it and put half the stuff out of sight in the closet.

Thanks for your feedback John. Just wanted to say that the photos of all of our properties reflect accurately what the unit looks like and all of these "knick knacks" were displayed in them. Perhaps this wasn't the right choice of unit for you.
The property was immaculate, very well stocked and has amazing views from every window. No cars needed as you can walk everywhere from here. I cannot wait to go again.
Beautiful place with glorious views! We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this place with all its comforts, floor-to-ceiling windows, large balcony, great host service, very clean, and prime location. It’s close to all the things and sights of DT Victoria, lots of cafes and eateries around to walk to and enjoy. We had an unforgettable time in Victoria and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend a stay here! You’ll be glad you did :)
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It provided us with all we needed. The beds were comfortable and the decor was very nicely done. We loved all of the windows, which provided views to the south (Olympic National Park) and the west (harbour). The location was great, as we were easily within walking distance of the shops downtown, and plenty of restaurants and pubs.
We did have one issue with the facet of the shower in the ensuite, but I texted Editha and it was resolved within the day. The only other downside was that one of the two elevators weren’t working, but that was very minor. Just meant that it took a couple minutes longer to get in and out of the building, depending on the time of day.
We would definitely come back and stay at this condo again!
This apartment was lovely. It was completely remodeled from the pictures online (it's even better than the pictures show!) and our family (two adults and two kids ages 4 and 8) really liked it. Because the apartment is on the 14th floor, the only time we had any real environmental noise was a couple of sirens, but those weren't very frequent.
Lots of room. Safe location. Great view. Had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Nice to have secure parking. Would have liked a second secure elevator fob so we could go out ( one or two on their own) and not have to coordinate entering the building or have others remain in. Would definitely consider using this space in future or recommending it to friends.
Clean, larger than expected, good separation of bedrooms. Beautiful wraparound deck with awesome views of the city. Within a block or two of a ton of restaurants and coffee shops.
