Perfect spot for family vacation!

We had an incredible stay here! The house might be even cleaner than the pictures indicate. It is spotless and so well appointed. The outdoor space is huge with so much to do. We might make this a yearly trip!

This was the best experience we’ve had when staying in someone’s else’s home. The owners have thought of everything someone would need in their vacation. This home is so beautiful and welcoming. I cannot say enough good things here, it was tough for us to leave!!! This was an impromptu get away and our expectations were blown away by decor / theme of the house - incredible, the communication with MJ - impeccable host, the backyard pool, yard, sitting areas, fire pit - all of it fantastic and this location was great given walks I would take down to the boardwalk and back, very easy and so nice to be that close to the water, restaurants, etc. We will be returning, the level of detail MJ even puts into the cleanliness, well stocked kitchen / other needs, sound machines on night stands in case you want it, comfortable beds - we are truly grateful as the trip was to decompress, lift spirits and have a relaxing break and it checked every box there & then some. My senior / small breed pups also enjoyed the backyard and neighborhood (slow) walks : )). Thank you, MJ!!!!!

It was a perfect stay. We fell in love with the house and really enjoyed the pool and movie theater. We went to the state park very close by, the aquarium, the Kure Beach pier, and miniature golfing to name a few things. We loved the Christmas theme and the one thing that we all agreed upon is that we need to stay longer next time. Maryjo and hubby were the perfect hosts.

Awesome family vacation spot

Wonderful stay! Began with a lovely note and Christmas ornament…so nice! Kids immediately enjoyed the pool while we settled in. Easy drive to the beach, no problem parking on Texas Ave, and great beach privacy. House had everything you could think of needing! Loved this trip!

Christmas Beach House

Always have a Great stay when we come to Wilmington. MJ and her husband have a Awesome House. They have everything you need for your stay and I mean everything !! This is our second time staying with them but first time in this new house. So close to the main drag and beaches. You can literally walk there if you want.

Best VRBO ever!

Absolutely magical VRBO experience, the kids loved the Christmas decorations! The adults loved the fully stocked house. Didn't need to make a trip out immediately for essentials like we do in some VRBO's. The owner is incredibly responsive and attentive. will definitely return!

Just what we were looking for!!

Words can’t describe what a beautiful home this was. From the Christmas decorations to the amazing backyard and move room! My teenage kids loved this home!! Every moment felt like we were right at home and the owners literally thought of everything and then some that one might need!! I would absolutely recommend 10 of 10!!
