Everything was as advertised. Very clean. Don responded very quickly to any messages throughout the process. The location was great being close to Tarpon Springs, Clearwater, Tampa etc.

New Port Richey Canal Home

This 2 bed, 2 bath canal home was very clean with comfortable beds. Great location in a quiet neighborhood on a deep water canal leading to 2 restaurants and a boat rental. It was awesome to sit and watch all the boats go by. And if you have a boat it's perfect. My only issue with this property is the landlord has a live fishbait tank near the dock. You hear the loud pump motor running 24/7.
