We really enjoyed our second stay at Rich’s place. The yard was great for our dog, the beds are comfy, the showers are hot, and the location is convenient to everything in town.
Great little house close to town. LOVE that all three rooms had king beds and a bathroom! Great fenced yard for the pups. Rich was the best we’ve had at communicating!
When we first got to the property it seemed a little small. But as we moved in it became more cozy than small. The location is outstanding. Best restaurants and shops a mile or less away. Easy access to highway for driving to local attractions.
Real good experience and Richard communication was immediate and helpful. Place is as advertised and location is very good to connect downtown. Place was clean and well supplied. The backyard is an added bonus. Comfortable and private.
For our group it was perfect. Though close to hospital the cottage was quiet and extremely accessible. Perfect yard for the dog. All 3 baths were adequate and updated (though a bit short on shelf space). Big wow for the oversized washer and dryer! Great caring owner.
House was super clean and looked newly refurbished. Loved having a fenced-in yard for our pets. Close to all amenities and ideal location if you need to partake of any of the numerous medical facilities nearby.
Great backyard - private and lots of room for doggos
Loved the backyard - large space for our two large dogs to explore safely (yard is completely closed in by tall wooden fence) with chairs and small tables to enjoy hours of outdoor time.
Bedrooms are large, beds are comfy, and kitchen has the basics for cooking.
Close to many small cafes, grocery, gas stations, walking trails, but far enough from downtown congestion.
We'd recommend for family, group of friends, and for those who like to travel with their dogs.

Great Location
Great location, wonderful communication from host who let us check in early and was very responsive throughout the stay. The property is nice, but needs a little more work to be really great.
Charming 1930's renovated house in great location in Flagstaff. Loved the 3 king size beds with 3 full baths. Kitchen was fully updated and remodeled. Back yard was very charming as well - plenty of parking. Would highly recommend.
My wife and I live in Phoenix and frequently travel with our two little dogs. We bought this home in Flagstaff because we love the historic pre-war charm and location in the center of things – we are close to downtown, NAU, and all the hiking trails. We enjoyed fully remodeling the home, maintaining the plaster walls while putting on a brand new roof and installing central air conditioning and heat, all new cabinets, countertops, and appliances. We hope that you enjoy the home as much as we do!
Why they chose this property
The Beaver Street Cottage is extremely well located in the NoHo neighborhood, an enchanting community that is walking distance to downtown, groceries, and all the hiking trails.
What makes this property unique
This property is unique due to its combination of old and new. It was constructed before the second world war, yet you’ll find a fully updated kitchen with modern appliances, central air conditioning and heat. The backyard is fully fenced so that kids and dogs can safely enjoy the home. We have Samsung Smart TVs in the living room and every bedroom with streaming service and speedy WiFi.
