For business trips to Oregon or family vacations, this Portland Furnished Rental is an excellent choice for your stay. Built as a luxury two-story Craftsman, It has a stunning aesthetic. It is located in NE Alberta Arts, which is one of the top neighborhoods in the entire city. In just a few blocks, you can walk to many bakeries, coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. The bus stops across the street and we take you to downtown in about 20 minutes.
You will also have an easy commute to places like Portland International Airport, Nike, Oregon Convention Center, Lloyd Center, and the University of Portland. For medical professionals, you’ll be only miles from Randall Children’s Hospital and Kaiser Permanente.
You can enjoy Portland in style from the moment you step inside the apartment. Large windows that let in natural light, reclaimed white oak floors, and lots of natural wood throughout make this furnished apartment true luxury. The spacious and well designed living room can also serve as a bonus bedroom since it has a closet and the couch converts to a very comfortable Sofa Bed.
Our furnished rental has a gorgeous kitchen with specialty Fisher Paykel dishwasher, as well as vintage fixtures and bronze hardware. It comes stocked with all the dish ware you need to prepare an amazing meal.
The master bedroom features a king bed and a private balcony. It has a large closet and small desk and ottoman by the balcony door. The 3rd story office/bedroom has a great city view and makes the perfect study for remote work. This versitle room can also seve as an additional living room or use it as a bedroom by coverting the IKEA couch into a twin bed.
The bathroom is stunningly beautiful with its high ceiling, vintage style tile and gold faucet fixtures, as well as the black stone shelving in the shower niche.
Amenities include off-street parking, central air conditioning and heating, LG Wash Tower for the in-unit washer and dryer, and super high-speed wireless Internet.

I lived in this house for 10 years until I had a baby and got married. Now we live about 10-15 mins from the property and I manage the main house and this unit.

Why they chose this property
They have a very cool art fair called “Last Thursday” monthly during the summer. There are incredible restaurants nearby and I love the single origin coffee roasters! The BEST bbq join in the nation “Podnah’s” is a 5 minute walk from the house! Tons of great shops and food carts as well as a health food store are all within a few blocks!
What makes this property unique
This apartment is absolutely gorgeous… you get your own off street parking and completely separate entrance. There are no other units above or next to this one. You are the top floor and even have a view of the west hills from the 3rd story office/bedroom.
