Amazing water feature with falls, stream, and reflecting pool! Expansive deck and patio for extended outdoor living space. This private house is great for two families; Upstairs features an open plan with views of the lake, a master suite (King bed), den, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining rm, half bath, and laundry rm, plus a bonus loft w/full bath, Queen bed and futon. Downstairs has an additional master suite, den, kitchenette, bunk room, laundry, and covered porch. Full-size real mattresses instead of futon pads in the bunk room! Composite boat dock! Beautiful and no chance of splinters to those little bare feet! With your own private covered boat dock equipped with bumpers and tie-down cleats, your boat will thank you!

*Contactless check-in, grocery delivery nearby, strong internet, private spaces to work in when necessary, beautiful views/change of scenery! Cable TV as well as Roku tv available with guest access that allows you to sign into your personal streaming apps of choice. Put in check out date and safely and automatically be signed out of all your accounts. Roku tv also has channels with a guide. Blu-ray player on site as well.

Note: Please note that there is a home under construction two lots down from Little Red. As of 4/26/2025 the framing is about 80% complete.

Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Leave the beds that were used unmade, but don't strip the sheets completely off. That helps our cleaning crew keep the different sized sheets separate. Thanks!

Collect the used towels and just pile them on the floor of the bathrooms. If you use the towels in the loft bathroom, place those on the floor in the laundry room. Thanks so much!

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Guests are responsible for all damages.

Garbage is picked up Tuesday morning early. Please place cans by the road Monday night.

Home away from home!

Couldn't have asked for more. Pictures don't do it justice. It's very big!! Only suggestion and NOT a complaint (just to be clear)... it was very hot while being there. Fans are much needed under the deck. So bring a couple boxed fans if it's a hot week to help with air movement and flies. But truly a gem!! Enjoyed every bit of it and even better than expected! Don't even question it!

Great House, Great Swimming Spot, Great Host!

This house was perfect for us and our sons ( Ages 19 &16). They swam and hung out by the dock most of the trip. The water toys were easy to get in a out of the water and the cove is quite and calm. The house is a great size and VERY clean. The back patio was a great place to watch the sunset! I hope we get a chance to stay again!

Great house on the lake.

We loved this place and hope to stay again next year. Exactly what our family needed and the lake was steps away from the back door. Kitchen was stocked with everything that anyone needs. Fenced yard for the dog was great and the use of the paddle boards was an extra.

Great stay!!

What a great house! Looks deceptively small from the outside, but this gem has everything you need and lots of comfy beds for everyone! Beautiful and spacious, includes lots of kitchen basics and small touches that make you feel welcome. Excellent communication and response from hosts! We will be back for another trip and stay at Little Red!

We had a very relaxing stay and have added this to one of our favorites. The pantry more in it than I have ever seen. They also provide almost all kitchen appliances you can think of.

4 Nights on Lake Hamilton

We enjoyed our stay in Little Red and found the house to be well stocked and clean for our family. The boat dock is a great amenity along with the nearby neighborhood launch. There was also a dedicated spot for us to park the trailer out of the way which we appreciated. Owners were very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Family Vacation

They have thought of everything. Everything you need, more then enough towels and sheets. Well stocked kitchen. Great boat dock, they have the covered space for your boat. The double washer dryer double kitchen was great for the 13 of us no one waited for anything to free up. The back porches were great for fires, playing cards, eating meals. Definitely going back.

Amazing Hidden Treasure on Lake Hamilton

What a Perfect place to spend my birthday weekend! Close to everything but still secluded and quiet. Great space. So many areas for kids and adults to have their own space. Beautifully built! Lake Hamilton is a special place to me. If I couldn't be at my family's lake house this place would be my pick! Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful lake house!! I would recommend this hiden treasure for any trip to the lake winter or in the heat of the summer.

Wonderful Thanksgiving family stay!

We had a wonderful family vacation stay at the Little Red House over the Thanksgiving holiday. The house is just great! So roomy for our family of eight. The two twelve year olds LOVED the loft, where they could have their privacy but still be close enough to eavesdrop on the adults in the iving room! The master suite was perfect for the grandparents (wonderful shower in master bath) and the downstairs was so roomy for the other two couples. Everything was top of the line - all new appliances in the kitchen - and so pretty! Will definitely be back.

Best VRBO yet for us!

This property had everything, and I do mean everything. Spacious with lots of beds. Multiple inside and outside areas and decks. Hot tub and dock and paddle boards and peddle boat. Kitchen was stocked with every tool and pan and pot needed. We usually bring trash bags, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, towels, spices etc… but with this VRBO it was already all there!!! So well done. Felt like a real home. Would stay here again for sure. We also rented a boat from Great White Rentals and they brought the boat right to the dock out back! Awesome vacation!

Perfect home for groups

Little Red is a beautiful and roomy house that accomodated all 11 of us and our two dogs. The house seemed recently renovated, and it was super cute, clean and well appointed. The dining table was small, but there was plenty of alternate spaces for eating at the kitchen island and outdoor spaces. The deck was very spacious and faces west which was great for sunset viewing. The patio had enough chairs for everyone and we enjoyed seating around listening to the water from the unique water feature. It had a fire pit which we used for s'mores for the kids. We had a great time on the stand up paddle boards and pedal boat, and it was perfect being in a nice cove of the lake without all the boat traffic. The location was great, just a short drive to town. Overall, we had a great time, loved the house and will definitely stay here again if we come back to Hot Springs!

Excellent lake home with plenty of amenities - great for families

Even leading up to our trip, home owner, Anna, was a pleasure to work with. She offered suggestions on local marinas, boat rentals, restaurants, and attractions. The house was easy to find and pristine upon arrival. We were two families and leveraged the dual-level setup in this house. The lower level had its own living/kitchen area, patio, and a bedroom for adults and a bedroom with two bunks (4 beds) for kids. The master bedroom was on the main floor along with the upper balcony and amazing and well appointed kitchen (every kitchen gadget you could think of and high-end GE appliances with large 6-burner stove). A charcoal grill and fire pit are also available for your use. Both balconies overlooked the lake, dock, and private boat slip. We chose to make use of the available paddle boards and even chartered a boat to pick us up and take us around the lake for tubing and swimming. There were food delivery options available; a great grocery store/pharmacy 5 minutes away; and you are only an 18 minute drive to bath house row and some of the sites and hikes. We would absolutely return to this property and highly recommend it especially if you are traveling with multiple families.

The stay was great. Lots of parking, easy access in and out of the house. It was a 3 tier house with beds on every level. 2 seperate kitchens which came in really handy for storing lots of food we brought. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need and lots of cooking pots, pans, and utensils. The house had plenty of towels, rags and pretty much everything you need. The pantry was even full of seasonings, coffee, creamer, extra dog food, and anything you may have forgotten. The downstairs was very nice with a fully stocked game closet. Lots of outside seating along with peddle boat and numerous paddleboards. Very comfortable place.

Guys trip to hot springs

House was amazing. Beautiful inside very clean updated. Amazing lake front view with great dock and back yard for fishing and yard games. Everything worked great and was very comfortable. What makes this property unique

This location is perfect! 3-4 minutes from a grocery (not to mention McDonalds), easy access to the by-pass that can take you anywhere and close to Oaklawn and the downtown area. By water it's even better! You are in a large no wake cove off the main channel. That means you can swim, raft and float safely without all the boat traffic and you don't get all the waves from the main channel. And it's a nice quiet cove yet big enough to get your boat out easily without any danger of hitting your prop on any low areas.
