My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for relaxing and our planned sightseeing visit to 17-Mile Drive, Fisherman's Wharf, etc. Plus, there are many fantastic restaurants nearby such as the Sardine Factory and the Whaling Station Steakhouse. We would definitely stay here again.

I can not say enough good things about this house. Beautiful, fully stocked house in a private, quiet setting that is very conveniently located. Three large bedrooms with king beds & attached bathrooms make it a great place for vacation with couples. Outdoor sitting areas were nice for morning coffee. Ping pong and pool table in the garage were a bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay Sunset Villa! The property was better than we expected. Sunset Villa is very modern, stylishly furnished, and fully stocked by the hosts. The location in a quiet Pebble Beach enclave in the Del Monte forest is superb, with easy access to downtown Carmel, Monterey, and Point Lobos. We highly recommend Sunset Villa!

Spectacular location right at the South end of the 17 Mile Drive. The house is also amazing, very modern and stylishly updated with upscale appliances, fixtures and furniture. The 3-car garage is partially converted into a game room with a pool table and a ping pong table. Great balconies and outdoor areas with peekaboo views of the ocean. The host was great and communication was timely and accurate. Overall a great experience! We will be back.

Very nice property, very clean, description was accurate. Thanks to Marco from the property management company for prepping us on some things like handling the fireplace etc. Parking is slightly tricky if you are dealing with multiple cars but there is plenty of street parking. In short we had a great time at this lovely place (five people over three days).
