Bathroom with WC (washing machine).

The advantages of this rental: A lovely private terrace, ideal for enjoying the sun, with an electric BBQ. Shared swimming pool - AIR CONDITIONING. Two bicycles available, private parking space.

NO PETS ALLOWED - Charging electric vehicles is prohibited in the residence.

Swimming pool open from mid-June to mid-September.

Optional end-of-stay cleaning (€73) available upon reservation with the agency.
