Not only did we have excellent weather.., our accommodations were extremely comfortable, clean, and well organized inside and out. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials including a great dishwasher. All rooms are spacious and well air conditioned. The washer/dryer is so useful. The home is beautifully landscaped with plenty of parking space in a quiet safe neighborhood. This Classic Cape is centrally located and convenient to beaches, entertainment, restaurants, and shopping. An amazing vacation destination

Perfect Family Vacation!

This house is situated in my favorite neighborhood—close to Nauset Light Beach, the bike trail for the runners and stroller-pushers in the family, the General Store and Sam’s and the Hole in One for morning pasties and bagels. The house was spotless and attractively decorated while being very user friendly. The kitchen was well equipped and the island and large dining room table provided plenty of space for 8. The bedrooms were comfortable and closet space was ample. Bathrooms and the outdoor shower met our needs when we had the full house of 8. We managed OK with streaming on the living room TV and found the basement TV to be a good option. We loved the large patio and yard but with some hot, humid days we opted for inside with the comfortable AC.

Our family had a wonderful time here and the property exceeded our expectations. The home's interior was even better than it looked in the pictures online and we love its cozy feeling. Everything was clean and up to date, with lots of options for morning coffee or tea in the kitchen. Location is fantastic, easy access to the closest national seashore beach and a short drive/ride/walk to all of Eastham's great restaurants and merchants. Lots of patio furniture and a pretty backyard to relax in after a day at the beach. The property owner was very responsive to all our questions prior to our stay and gave us some helpful local tips as well. We have stayed in the Eastham area for over ten years I would recommend this house for anyone with a party of 6-8 adults/kids who wants to stay in one of the best towns on the Cape.

We had an incredible annual trip to Cape Cod thanks largely in part to the property's location and amenities. We were pleasantly surprised by the bed linens (we always have to bring our own) and the spacious backyard was a welcomed treat. Our group of 8 is already hoping to book again for next year
