Very good location of this T3 Duplex family accommodation, on the fifth floor of a secure residence. Well equipped and comfortable. You will have all the necessary facilities for a good stay.
It has two bedrooms, corresponding to 4 beds. The accommodation is equipped with a fitted and equipped kitchen (Tassimo coffee maker), a bathroom with bathtub and two separate toilets. Balcony of 6 m2.
No WIFI, but good 5G reception from the various operators. No parking offered, but public parking nearby (Belcier, Gare St Jean).
The apartment is very well located, in the heart of Bordeaux, opposite the Saint Jean train station, tram and bus at the foot of the building. You will be a 15-minute walk from the quays of Bordeaux and the Place de la Victoire and discover the beautiful city of Bordeaux.
