Beautiful Clean Condo, private veranda, steps from private beach and pool

This lovely unit is truly amazing, comfy, and close to everything: pool, beach, tiki bar, restaurant, tennis, bocce, and more. It is well stocked with everything you need for the beach and to cook up a meal. It is tastefully decorated with beachy colors. Catch those beautiful Florida sunrises from the veranda that overlooks the golf course and ocean dunes. Our condo is located on the second floor, which is the top floor, in the well known Ocean Village Community on South Hutchinson Island.
You can take a two minute walk to the beach for shelling, fishing, and swimming, or to the main large heated pool with poolside tiki bar. Enjoy shuffleboard, basketball, a fitness center, library, restaurant, spa, showers, and sauna. You will be able to sit on your patio and listen to the ocean waves. Bring your bicycles so you can ride to one of the many restaurants and tikis with entertainment.
When you tire of eating out, enjoy cooking in your updated kitchen equipped with microwave, dishwasher, cookware, Keurig, blender, dishes, drinking, and wine glasses, and utensils.
For your convenience, your washer and dryer are right in your condo and there's no need to bring your hairdryer, iron, beach towels, umbrella or tennis rackets.
The gorgeous nine-hole golf course meanders throughout the community and is available to you at any time (free in the off season and only $5 in-season). Professional instructors are available for a fee. The tennis center , with its 10 quality tennis courts, 4 of which are new hydro-court subsurface clay courts, offers professional instruction (for a fee) leagues and fun tournaments. The resort is a 24-hour guarded gate community.
Fort Pierce is often called the Sunrise City. It offers contemporary shopping, dining, great fishing and a range of entertainment and activities such as the Farmers' Market, Bike Night, Friday Fest, Jazz Market and the Sunrise Theatre for the Performing Arts. Located within a few miles from the water view restaurants of Fort Pierce and from Historic Downtown Fort Pierce, there are plenty of options to fill your days.
