Great location, very clean and spacious. Our host was wonderful. I would highly recommend staying here if you want to be away from the main tourists and live like a local.
Our host was quick to respond to our questions, the check in process was very quick and easy, and the flat was clean and had everything we needed. This is also a great neighbourhood, just steps from many bakeries, restaurants, and coffee shops.
Stylish, lovely, bright space. Our family of 4 stayed for a few days and the apartment had everything we needed. Loved the location—an easy (and enjoyable) bus ride to the Louvre, Tower and other attractions. Great amenities close by.
Vanessa was really communicative and answered all our questions quickly.
Highly recommend!
Pros: good neighborhood, walkable to multiple metro lines and cute restaurants, not touristy. Vanessa is very responsive and the apartment is decorated cutely. Well priced for what it is. Cons: you are sleeping in a dank cave - we ran the dehumidifier constantly and had to empty it twice a day. Other beds are fold out couches - comfortable enough but at street level. On the weekends it is loud at night.
The location for myself and two children was the best I’ve booked in the many times I’ve been to Paris. The metro access is so close by, there are restaurants, cafés, live music, and other things to do and see in the neighborhood.Of note is the park just 2 blocks from this space. It has a basketball court, other court space, and 3 playgrounds (the largest is currently under construction). There is mildew in the air downstairs - such is life in a historic space. It has been renovated as you see in the photos and the downstairs is affected by the bathroom with no airway/fan to exterior (common). There are one or two reviews that call out this is street level, in this case it means when you open the door you are on the sidewalk of the street. Lots of passerby’s, and just fine is you sleep soundly. We would stay here again - the neighborhood, size and cleanliness are all fantastic.
