Amazing Location!

The property was just as advertised. The location can not be beat and was exactly in the middle of where you wanted to be. The check in process was seamless and a huge thank you to Guilio for the amazing recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!

Our first time in Venice

We had a wonderful time staying at this quaint apartment. Everything was all set for us. We enjoyed having two bathrooms for its size. It was centrally located and was a great hub for our stay. We plan to reach out again for availability for our next trip.

Wonderful Apartment In Great Location!

This is a wonderful apartment on a great little side literally looking out to the staircase of La Scala. The bedrooms are a little small, but that can be expected in a town with limited space like Venice. The hosts were welcoming. We would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic place!

The space was lovely with books and art. It has plenty of ambiance and feels cosy. Its ground floor which made it so much easier with so much luggage. Stefano was charming and welcoming. He even went so far out of his way to book us a water taxi when we couldn't figure it out. The best host!couldnt

Good Location

VRBO host was extremely supportive and helpful. Location was near St Marks Square (4 minute walk). Only unfortunate situations were main shower curtain was unable to stop all water from dripping on the floor. Main bedroom floor had a dirt film that collected on our socks. Overall a decent place to stay while in Venice.

Excellent location

This apartment is right near the action but on a quiet street, perfect for any adventure. I will say that everything is rather worn-sheets, towels, couch. Did not seem right for the price point. Having said that, communication and location were excellent. Host went out of her way to help us when I made a wrong turn and patiently waited for us to get to the assigned location.

Beautiful Weekend in Venice

First time in Europe and the first time in Venice. Very detailed instructions on how to check in and a lovely woman met us to show us how to open the door and show us around the loft and answer questions. Beautiful view of the historic Escala. Loft is fully stocked with everything you would need from bottle openers to hair dryers and towels. Plenty of space to move around in. Very clean. Would recommend this to anyone!

Best location to walk to everything

Amazing two bedroom apartment. Spacious bathrooms. Lots of towels. The location is phenomenal. The view out the living room window is to die for. The host was very impressive. She met us at our water taxi and showed us the way to the apartment. Great communicator. We will be back next year with our two little girls. One kid will sleep on the couch in the other can go in the second bedroom which has a smaller size bed. Love this place!!

Rental near Campo Manin

The rental was in a great location in Venice-close to all the sites but a bit away from the crowds. Our taxi brought us to the dock closest to the unit, and Giulio met us there and showed us to the rental. The rental was small with not much common area but clean and well-equipped for our stay. Our fourth guest slept on the sofa (not sofa bed), for which there was an extra charge. We had a really nice visit!
