Chalet of 20 m2 on the heights of an estate of 6000 m2 with sea view and private garden of more than 100 m2. Beautiful relaxation area with hammock and deckchairs, barbecue. Access to the chalet is via a steep path so to access it, prefer hiking boots with stiletto heels.<br><br>Private jacuzzi option at 40€ to be booked 48 hours before your arrival for the duration of your stay<br><br>Private parking.<br><br>Facing the port of Dives sur mer.<br>Beach at 300m, village of William the Conqueror 2 steps away. Free launch at 200m<br><br>Other remarks<br>One animal accepted per non-hazardous category housing.<br><br>Travel with peace of mind with your four-legged friend! 🐾 <br>A rinsing area with clear water is at your disposal to clean your pet after a walk, especially by the sea. petit coin cosy

Petit chalet avec le confort nécessaire, conforme à l'annonce. En hauteur, par rapport à la rue, entouré d'arbres, espace jardin très agréable avec vue sur la mer. Endroit très accueillant pour les animaux. J'y ai passé un très bon séjour. Gérant prévenant et disponible en cas de besoin.
