About this property

Cozy cottage across from the Lake

I have a newly remodeled rental house that is across from the lake. 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and tv in each . A loft with 2 single beds ,one with a trundle. A pull out couch and a small roll away!!!
There is a free public boat launch a block away. If you like kayaking I have the perfect spot. The Caseville beach 10 miles away. Our little town has a park with playground equipment,basketball court. It has a Bar and Grill right next to the park. There a gas station with convenience store and a thrift shop. The Bay Port fish company is a great place to get your fresh and smoked fish.

This place is so awesome. This is our 3rd year here. We come up for a bowfishing tournament every year. The house is perfect, there is a restaurant/bar in walking distance, and you can see the lake. Absolutely awesome host. You cant go wrong

The little cottage is lovely. Everything was clean and comfortable. She does show her age a bit. Pam was fantastic at communication. Friendly and quick responses. Just a tip... because we are apparently a little blind, we didn't see the "Public Foot Path" pole until after walking up and down the street. It is literally across from the cottage. Lol Also, it's a lovely view but there isn't an actual beach.

My property run from street to street. You can access the back driveway and door if you are on Woodward drive, and the front door and parking spot on Lakeside drive.
