The first floor has a large living room with wet bar, a formal dining room, fully equipped kitchen, screened casual dining area, and sun deck. The second floor master bedroom has ocean views, a private bath, private stairs to the lower level, and a deck. Three additional spacious bedrooms have one queen, one full (with ocean view) and two single beds, respectively. There are two extra mattresses in the twin bedroom and a sofa bed downstairs. Three decks allow for extensive outdoor entertaining, including a third level, rooftop deck with ocean views. Enjoy a game of ping pong on the sun deck or set up your badminton or croquet game on the large lawn. This home is located on a quiet street in the east end of historic Cape May, a quick and easy walk to Poverty Beach.

1742 Maryland.

This property is perfect and has everything you need for cooking. Easy walk to beach, quiet, away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to downtown for an easy drive. We hope to stay again next year. We loved it. We could hear the ocean from second floor balcony. The space is huge comfortable for 6 adults.
