Weekly rental. Pleasant new single-storey house, 105 m² with 3 bedrooms, capacity 6 people, 4 minutes from a beach and the village (bakery, mini-market, pharmacy, tobacconist/press.)
It offers all the comforts with a fitted and equipped kitchen, open to the dining room and the living room, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with walk-in shower, 2 separate toilets, and a pantry, and a carport. The house has a beautiful terrace with deckchairs and table and chairs to relax, and an enclosed garden. WIFI/TV available. The house is located near the GR 34, 6 kms from Roscoff, 5 kms from St Pol de Léon. The region is very rich in activities and excursions.
Beds are made, tourist tax, WIFI, are included in the price. Cleaning fee: 80 euros
Our rental will offer you all the comfort possible to offer you a successful and unforgettable holiday.

Formidable séjour à Santec

Maison très agréable, lumineuse, chaleureuse et très bien équipée. Confort au top, proximité du village (5min) et de la plage (10 min), la emplacement parfait. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, gentils et parfaitement organisés. Un séjour parfait.
