Come and recharge your batteries in this charming house tastefully decorated and quietly located, in the immediate vicinity of the beach of La Cible (300 metres), the shops and the port of Saint-Martin (1.5 km). This peaceful house will offer you a relaxing stay for the whole family or friends.

The house includes a living room with open kitchen and a bright living - dining room. The sleeping area has three beautiful bedrooms with double beds, including a master suite with shower room and toilet, a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a separate toilet. The house is also equipped with a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

You will have two outdoor spaces, the first at the front of the house with the dining area inviting you to share moments of conviviality, and the second at the back of the house with a large terrace and deckchairs to relax.

You can park your vehicle on the grounds of the house or on the street (free parking).

The house is ideally located just 300 metres from the beach of La Cible and close to the port of Saint-Martin.
