Maison jolie, accueillante, très agréable et très propre. Personnel de l’agence très réactif. Équipement intérieur complet et au top. Bien située, á 3mn de la N1 qui dessert toute l’ile. Commerces proches.Quelques points agaçants: check- in á 16h pour une arrivée á 6h á l’aéroport( peut être avancée moyennant 100???). Attention au portail du parking qui se referme parfois intempestivement.

Nous sommes ravis de lire que vous avez apprécié la maison, sa propreté, son confort, la qualité des équipements, ainsi que la réactivité de notre équipe. Sa localisation, proche des axes principaux et des commerces, fait effectivement partie de ses atouts. Concernant l’horaire d’arrivée, nous comprenons parfaitement que le décalage avec une arrivée matinale à l’aéroport puisse être contraignant. L’horaire de check-in est fixé à 16h afin de garantir un ménage complet et conforme à nos standards entre deux séjours. Lorsqu’un accès anticipé est possible, il peut effectivement être proposé moyennant un supplément, en fonction de l’organisation et des contraintes du planning. Au sujet du portail du parking, votre remarque a bien été prise en compte. Une vérification a été effectuée afin de sécuriser son fonctionnement et d’éviter tout désagrément pour les prochains voyageurs. Merci encore pour votre confiance et votre retour très constructif.
