This beautiful Condo overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and is a perfect getaway for the family. This end unit townhome has expansive ocean views. Once inside, go up a flight of steps to the main living room which has sliding glass doors to the back porch. A few steps up from the living room leads to an open floor plan dining and kitchen area. Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need! One more flight of steps leads you to the master bedroom which has an in suite fully updated bathroom. The master has a king size bed and also has oversized sliding doors that lead you to a wonderful oceanfront private balcony which is a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. Second bedroom is also very spacious and has 2 Twin beds and a convenient work space. Community pool is just steps away.

Perfect location close to the Ritz Carlton, nearby golf, food and entertainment.

Wonderful Family Time
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our week was wonderful. Marci the property manager was very accessible and accommodating. The condo was well apportioned and very clean, comfortable.All in all a great family memory with our daughter, her husband and our 8 month old grandchild.I'm reluctant to say Fernandina is great, because as a Florida old time is a last stand of what I know and love about FL.God Bless you and yours....
