This peaceful 3-level corner unit is a modern and bright, air-conditioned home, just a few steps from the island's pristine beaches, with two outdoor balconies offering expansive views of the dunes and the Atlantic. You may even spy Gopher Tortoises and rabbits sunning themselves in the dunes as you walk out to the beach! The property has its own private entrance with off-street parking and also provides key access to the community pool directly opposite.
