We were very pleased with the location of the property. One block from the beach is hard to beat. And we got a beautiful sunrise one of the mornings we were there.

The property was beautiful and looks just like the listing. Everything felt clean and organized. The ac worked great, it was so hot and muggy outside and inside was a relief. It really is just a block from the beach and was less than a 5 minite walk. I had a few questions and the host got back in a timely manner. My friend and I enjoyed our stay so much and would consider booking again.

The home was absolutely beautiful and it was so close to the beach. The home was very warm and inviting and decorated beautifully. It was so nice to have available beach chairs, beach wagon, totes, beach towels, etc. Everything we needed was available and then some. Check-in and check-out were made very easy. This was our first time to Amelia Island and we absolutely loved it. The people were so very nice and welcoming. The home was in the perfect location. If we make our way back to Amelia Island we would definitely love to stay at this home again. Thank you so much.

This was a comfy cozy townhouse well equipped with everything we could want! It was a block from the beach and had a lovely patio to relax on in the evening. Downtown was a short 10 minute drive away. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Pictures don’t do the property justice. Absolutely beautifully decorated and clean. All the necessities were provided, including everything for the beach. Very short walk to the beach.Communication with the host and property manager was immediately responded to.Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property for rental. Much cheaper than hotels. Will definitely stay here again!!!🩷

A very nice home with a very nice location: one block to a most lovely beach. Two very quiet and well kept bedrooms, with a nice outdoor deck. The host and hostess were most friendly and accommodating. It was a great break from a very cold Vermont winter!

Our stay was must enjoyable. The property has all the amenities needed to spend time on the beach. Wagons, chairs, toys, coolers, and towels. The unit was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Everyone agreed beds were comfortable; even the sofa sleeper with its inflatable mattress. Thank you for allowing this Fernandina girl the pleasure of coming home and spending time with extended family.
