We had a wonderful time at Anne's place!! We had all the space that we needed for 6 adults. The pool area was awesome although we didn't get to use it much since it rained quite a bit while we were there. She was super responsive on any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it. Thanks again for everything Anne!!!!!!!

Clean house/property and host was easy to work and talk with. Great place for fishing, riding around the neighborhood, and close enough to ride to a few food places on bike/golf kart. Great place for kids as young as 1 and less. 10/10 experience.

Our family loved our vacation in Crystal River. The home was beautiful, clean and very spacious. The kitchen was very well stocked with any appliance or gadget that you would want and there were kayaks and pool toys available for our use. We loved being able to cool off in the pool in the afternoons. Annie and her husband were excellent hosts. She responded within minutes with any questions or concerns and made sure that our stay was everything we hoped it would be. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for making our stay in Crystal River a special one for our family filled with many memories.

This house is a gem on Crystal River! Our group enjoyed taking the kayaks out from the house to banana island to see the manatees. Annie communication was great and very helpful. The only complaint was the air mattresses on the single bed frames in the 4th bedroom.
