This beach house is a quiet & comfy option in the iconic town of PCB. The house is a short walk to the beach. Prefer to shop and dine? Drive 15 minutes to arrive at 30A, where you’ll find all the shopping and dining of Rosemary, Seaside and Alys Beach. OR head 15 minutes in the other direction to pier park.

This house features one bedroom with KING bed, a living room with QUEEN sofa sleeper, a second bedroom with two FULL beds, a bunk bed, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for four. There’s also a full bath located in one bedroom and another in the common area. The living room offers a flat-screen TV for your entertainment.

Three complimentary beach bikes will be provided with this house as well. Don’t miss the chance to experience the west end of Panama city beach perfect for small families or a romantic couple’s getaway!

The house was perfect for our big family! Fit everyone comfortably. Could use a few more items in the kitchen to cook with, pots, pans, etc. but other than that this was the most perfect vacation home I’ve ever stayed at. Will definitely be our new summer vacation home.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location and the hosts were very responsive. A BIG plus for us was the mattresses! They were ALL excellent and that is very important to us and is hard to find in rentals. We have back issues and we slept GREAT! The bike were a nice bonus as well. I would recommend this house.

Good stay, great location and the beach is just around the corner.

The property was great. Very short walk to the beach. Plenty of sleeping space. There was a hot tub on the premises that was "out of order". There was even a place to wash off outside of the unit to minimize the amount of sand being tracked inside the house. The living room furniture was definitely not what i was expecting. None of it matched. Plenty of kitchen utensils as well as huge beach towels were provided. I would stay here again but my only issue would be that there is a little more house cleaning done. There were cheetos chips left all under and inside the let out sleep sofa. Oh there were quite a few lit furry friends (caterpillars) that managed to make their way inside. Trip was definitely a 10 out of 10, and bc it was so close to the beach i rate this unit 8 out of 10 stars.

This Kiska beach home was purchased by my family 8 years ago as a personal vacation home. We are now hoping to be able to provide for your family the loving beach memories that this home has been able to provide for us. I recently graduated as a finance major in May 2021 from Mercer University (Go Bears!). I am now excited to start my journey in business and am grateful for the opportunity my family has given me with managing our beach house.

Our family chose this property due to the amazing location on the west end of Panama City Beach. We love this unit because it is within walking distance of the beach. The area is a wonderful family orientated community. You will find your stay to be in a peaceful area of Panama City Beach.
