Great place to stay near Denver!

We were visiting family who live in Aurora so this was perfect for us! Really comfortable and clean house and the owner answered all of our questions promptly.

Family friendly location.

Great house very clean that is located near shopping, grocery stores and parks. Easy access to walking paths as well. Wood definitely stay again when we are in the area.

Perfect house!

Tim's house was the perfect space for our youth sports team to stay while visiting for a tournament. Big spacious rooms and everything we needed. Would recommend and stay again!

Kitchen was well stocked other than we did end up purchasing a kettle for tea as that is something we use a lot. Grocery store close by. Mostly quiet neighborhood. Easy to find. Good communication with host.

Great space!

Rented the home for a weekend for graduation at DU. Felt like there was enough room for all of us to spread out, and then gather for meals. Quiet area, close to freeways too.

Soccer Tournament Stay

We had a soccer tournament at Dicks Sporting Stadium. This was a perfect location for my family and daughters who were playing in tournament. So much better than a cramped hotel room!

Book club getaway

Perfect location for our group of women. The beds were very comfortable. The house was clean and cozy. We wish there had been a coffee pot instead of just a keurig. There were plenty of towels but no washcloths. If we go back to this area, we would stay here again.

Great place

Everything was great at this place. Super clean, easy access, lots of room for our family to stay, 2 kids and 4 adults. The only small thing i wish they can fix is tighten the padded dinning room chairs. They are loose and move alot. Felt like they might collapse. If i had my tools I would have dine it, but we are traveling from Texas.

Tim my host was responsive when I had questions. The house was clean and I liked the setup. Lots of spices in the cabinet and plenty of cooking utensils in the kitchen. Note to chemically sensitive people: they wash the sheets with perfumed Tide, probably use perfumed dryer sheets and employee room fresheners throughout the house. If you're not chemically sensitive this house would be fine.

Great house in a great location.

This house had a great backyard. It was close to Denver so we could do activities in Denver without staying right in Denver. There are plenty of places to relax in the house. There is a grill outside. The only thing was that the listing states a coffee machine when it is a keurig machine. It’s not a big deal, we just had to go purchase k-cups instead of the coffee we had brought.

While we had no reason to reach our to Tim, (due to no issues) he did reach out to us to check in on somethings while we were there which I appreciated. The backyard and grill came in handy for cookout and the house had plenty of room for all we needed. House is in a nice neighborhood with quiet neighbors. Would absolutely rent this house again.

Quick weekend to denver

Owner was incredibly responsive and helpful. Location allowed us to get to downtown Denver and medical appointments within 20-30 minutes. Enjoyed our time. Neighborhood was quiet.
