Maison qui pourrait être super avec un petit effort
Maison tres bien située (proche de la mer et à 2 kms des remparts).
Équipée à minima (grille pain vieillissant par exemple) et alarme incendie se déclenche la nuit sans raison.

Nous sommes arrivés dans une maison humide à 18` sans eau chaude ni chauffage. Les propriétaires refusant de mettre le chauffage. Nous avons dû acheter un chauffage d'appoint et l'agence nous en a prêté un. DANGEREUX tuyau gaz périmé depuis 10 mois, détecteur de fumée démonté. SOUS ÉQUIPÉE. Baignoire qui se vide avec l'aide d'un couteau, 1 seul plat à gratin en email écaillée et tache de rouille, une corbeille à papier en plastique en guise de poubelle de cuisine... Dommage maison bien située.

La maison est très agréable avec son petit jardin fermé à l'arrière.
Nous n'avons manqué de rien.
La maison est proche de la rue en terme de nuisance mais c'est compensé par la proximité de toutes les commodités.

Proche plage mais sur avenue
Maison simple, fonctionnelle, bien située pour la plage (à 150 m environ) et tout le reste mais sur avenue passante. A noter : joli jardinet clos à l'arrière. Chambres avec bons rangements et lits, mais une chambre sur avenue sans double vitrage. Cuisine à l'ancienne mais bien équipée. La bonde de la baignoire est impossible à ouvrir sans outil quand la baignoire est pleine et l'écoulement de la douche est encore très lent. Service ménage à revoir : carreaux non faits et les poubelles extérieures pleines et non portées à la déchetterie. A part cela, location très propre. Je trouve que pour le prix de la location on pourrait avoir le wifi compris.A savoir : il faut se déplacer pour aller chercher les clefs à l'agence et les rendre et nous n'avons eu l'adresse que très tardivement.
