The host was very helpful. He even called ahead to the local restaurant, Da Bucket, to make sure the kitchen was still open. The unit was homey and felt like staying with family. I would recommend this to any friends wanting to visit that part of Ireland.

Having a small kitchen and such pleasant and helpful hosts made all the difference for us. The property is beautiful in the summer with tons of pretty flowers, bird song, and country views. We were located perfectly to explore Limerick and many hiking locations near by. We had everything we needed. Americans should prepare for no AC as standard in Europe and everything is just a bit smaller than we are used to but that is true everywhere. Would recommend this option for anyone traveling in the area and you want more privacy and small kitchen amenities. We made a few meals here and had everything we needed except maybe a small mixing bowl. Thank you both for your kindness.

Lovely Stay

This was a wonderful property and Pat and Maura were excellent hosts. The property fit our needs perfectly and was a great spot from which we could explore the area. It was clean and well provisioned; the home-backed scones were a lovely surprise! Easy check in and check out. We would certainly stay there again and recommend it highly.

Lovely cottage stay

We were warmly welcomed by Patrick, who had provided lots of i information about the area. The cottage was cosy and clean, the kitchenette had all we needed and we enjoyed the garden and the cows out the window.

A Quiet Little Home Base

Maura and Pat's place was a perfect spot for us, a quiet out of the way area, but easy access to the sights we wanted to see. We love to take the scenic route to see the sights, and this suited us perfectly.

While the kitchen was adorable and fully loaded, we did not realize you had to climb ladder-like steps to get to it. The toilet made a very loud noise when flushed. However, the hosts are incredibly lovely and could not have been kinder or more helpful.

This is a beautiful little property. Pat and Maura were gracious with our late evening arrival time and greeted us with fresh banana bread. Our room was very comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed.
