The house was nice and cozy. Felt at home and the communication was great with the host. Has everything you need if you need to prep food that is taken. Everyone slept comfortable and at ease in their own rooms.

Very nice home to stay in for a small group. The home is a little dated but cozy as the listing states. Property manager has great communication and great to work with. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

This location served its purpose for our overnight stay; however, we felt it did not offer good value for the price. Upon entering the property, an unfamiliar odor was noticeable. The listing describes the space as a 3-bedroom home with four beds, including a queen bed in the living room. However, the fourth sleeping area was an air mattress that had a leak. Later in the evening, when adjusting the thermostat, a strong and unpleasant odor emanated from the vents throughout the house. There were additional issues that we observed during our stay. While the host responded promptly to our inquiry about the bed, we would choose not to stay at this location again.

Hi Anthony, I am sorry for the misunderstanding about the air mattress. The pictures show three bedroom with one bed in each room. The air mattress is new and an extra if needed. However, I was not aware that it has a leak. In reference to the odor, I assure you that it doesn't come from the A/C. Houston is hot and humid and this cause a smell from the water pipes sometimes. When that happens, the city sends a crew to work on the pipes.
