Maison très agréable à vivre bien placée dans Pontaillac

Location en très bon état. Emplacement idéal pour aller à la plage à Pontaillac à pied et faire ses courses à Royan en voiture. Maison très agréable à vivre (grand séjour/cuisine/salon contigus). Un petit bémol : l'équipement de cuisine de bonne qualité pourrait être plus adapté.
