The handsome gas fireplace is sure to bring a little ambiance to your next dinner party and you'll love spreading out on the living room's comfy furniture to stream a good Netflix movie or show on the mounted flatscreen TV after a day on the slopes. Use the stainless steel appliances and granite countertops of the full kitchen to cook up a delightful lunch then enjoy it at the breakfast bar, the dining table with seating for four, or outside on the furnished balcony with views of the mountains. The bedroom has a flatscreen TV and an en-suite bath when it's time to call it a night. With the resort so close, you can spend the day on the mountain then come home to kick back with friends and a few glasses of delicious wine. Be sure to use the shared gas grill to host a fun family barbecue after a refreshing dip in the shared pool or hot tub. Don't worry about those barbecue stains - the home's private washer/dryer will get everyone's clothes sparkling clean during your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
