This pretty cottage with its pleasant terrace is located in a secure residential park and offers an unobstructed view of the wooded garden. This estate is the ideal place to enjoy a vacation, with family or friends, in contact with nature.

This 65 m² cottage features :
- a wooded garden and terrace with barbecue,
- a bright living room,
- a fully-equipped open kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher),
- bedroom with queen-size double bed,
- a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed on the mezzanine,
- bathroom with shower, separate WC,
- hair dryer, washing machine, ironing facilities, vacuum cleaner,
- TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning,
- private parking,
- two recharging points for electric vehicles are available during your stay.

Take advantage of the park's facilities: communal heated swimming pool, pétanque court, basketball court.
- The pool will be closed starting with the Easter break due to damage caused by Storm Nils. The reopening date will be announced once repairs are complete.

## Neighborhood

For your shopping needs, the local shops (bakery, grocery store) in the center of Saubrigues are 5 min away, otherwise reach the shops and supermarkets in Bénesse-Maremne. Birdwatchers will love the Marais d'Orx nature reserve and its two birdwatching trails. In less than 15 minutes, you'll be in Hossegor or Capbreton for sightseeing or water sports such as surfing or paddling. The Basque Country and its emblematic towns such as Bayonne and Biarritz are also within easy reach: 25 and 35 minutes by car respectively.
