Florida Vacation Villas Club I is located in the heart of central Florida with easy access to Walt Disney World(R); SeaWorld; Universal Studios; and a variety of shops, restaurants, and nightclubs. Relax in a quiet, natural, landscaped setting away from traffic noise and crowds but close to all of the action.

General urgent notes: All Guests are required to call the resort 48 hours prior to check-in. All “late” arrivals need to call the resort prior to arrival to make arrangements for lockbox information. The after-hours phone number is 407-569-1052. Calls are answered between 5 pm and 9 pm for emergencies. There are stairs inside the 2- and 4-bedroom units. In order to keep all guests and staff safe due to COVID-19, the resort has contactless check-in. All guests must pre-register prior to arrival to get their lockbox code. Please call the resort at 407-396-2744 Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. In preparation for your upcoming vacation please check for any testing requirements, travel restrictions, or local mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your confirmed destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website. Guest certificate required if the person checking in is not on the account. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. Smoking is not allowed in units. Contact the resort after confirmation of the vacation to coordinate Check-in or request any special needs during your stay. The resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. All condos are located 1.5 miles from the check-in location. There are no shuttle services to area attractions. Office Hours: Mon-Fri: 8 am - 5 pm; closed Saturday and Sunday.
