Renovated by a French architect, the loft is fully equipped and accommodates up to 2 guests. It is furnished and decorated with great attention to detail, creating a comfortable and stylish retreat.

Bright and spacious, the living area is filled with natural light from two large windows offering stunning city views.
The space features an elegant corner sofa and a large high table, perfect for meals or remote work. An efficient and quiet air conditioning system ensures optimal comfort.

The bedroom, slightly elevated and open to the living space, features a king-size bed and air conditioning for restful nights.

✨ Kitchen
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and all the necessary utensils to prepare your meals.

✨ Bathroom
Modern and spacious, the bathroom combines comfort and elegance. It features a large walk-in shower and a double sink.

✨ Amenities & Comfort
The apartment includes a 32’’ LED Smart TV, a centralized audio system, and ultra-fast high-speed internet (500 Mbps).

A free private parking space is available in the building. Please let us know in advance of your arrival if you will be coming with your own car.

📌 LOCATION
Its location at the top of a quiet, slightly sloping street offers panoramic views over Copacabana and Pão de Açúcar ✨. At dusk, the fully illuminated favela creates one of Rio’s most iconic sights.

Please note that there are not many taxis 🚖 driving down our street, and some Uber drivers might refuse to pick you up at the top of the hill because Rua Saint Roman is a narrow two-way street and traffic might be tricky at times.

Don't panic! 😅 The good news is that walking down 🚶‍♂️ from the apartment to the bottom of the street ↘️ where you can easily catch a taxi or Uber takes just 3 minutes.

However, there is no difficulty getting back to the apartment by taxi or Uber after a day at the beach or an evening out for dinner.

And for a truly local experience, moto-taxis 🛵 are the fastest, most affordable and most typically carioca way to go up and down the street.

📌 SURROUNDINGS
Ideally located in Rio’s South Zone, the apartment is close to the famous beaches of Ipanema and Copacabana, as well as local shops and restaurants, while offering a peaceful environment and open views.

Praça General Osório, the vibrant heart of Ipanema, is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. There you will find the metro station as well as the famous Hippie Market, held every Sunday.

The pacified favela of Cantagalo, one of the most visited favelas in Rio, is nearby. If you would like to explore this favela or another pacified favela in the South Zone, such as Vidigal or Santa Marta, we will be delighted to offer recommendations and help you organize your visit.

Check-in fees charged by the agency:

▪️ 250 R$ - Check-in after midnight, on Christmas Day and New Year's Day
