We had a wonderful stay! The host went above and beyond, paying attention to all the little details that made our stay extra special. Everything was thoughtfully provided, and whenever we needed anything, the host responded quickly and was happy to help. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would happily stay here again. This home was absolutely perfect! Leah has thought of everything you could possibly need. Her home was so clean, comfortable and cozy. From special toiletries, luggage racks, wonderful linens, spotless kitchen…it was a pleasure to stay here. The location allowed us to walk everywhere! We definitely would want to stay here again. Such an amazing historic home. We loved our stay. The location really could not be better. It was walkable to so many restaraunts and the amazing Nitro Bar and Co-Dough. Two spots you'll definitely want to try. It is a super easy drive down to the wharf area. We had an amazing trip.

We were having a Girls Getaway in Newport, RI from a Monday to Friday in mid- September of 2026. We arrived in Newport early in the day and our host, Leah was very accommodating on everything. We were able to leave our luggage at the place until we checked in. The location of the property is close to restaurants, shops and many other attractions. There's a lot to do in Newport, RI. We did not rent a car, but we took an Uber everywhere. The property was easy to get into, very clean, beds were very comfortable and just great for 3 baby boomers. We did not use the washer and dryer but it's nice to have a laundry area just in case you need it. We all loved Newport, RI and I highly recommend staying here. Enjoy!Julie, Mary Kay and Lois

Leah's place was wonderful and it made our stay both comfortable and easy! The home is conveniently located downtown within walking distance of great shops and restaurants. We found the space to be very clean, well-appointed, and welcoming. Leah was incredibly responsive with any questions we had right away. We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was perfect for our girls trip! It was clean and well equipped.We loved having our own bedrooms with cozy beds and enjoyed the common space. Stairs could be a little challenging for anyone with mobility issues. It was fine for us. Leah was responsive whenever we reached out with questions. Location was perfect ! We loved the walkability without the chaos of the downtown crowds! Restaurants were close by and fabulous.We found parking close by each day. This really was the perfect place for us. Highly recommended!!!!!!

As described, convenient location. Very clean and a communicative host. Had everything needed, laundry and game selection were nice. Street parking was available - but somedays were harder to find than others. It is worth noting that the third floor bathroom is an ensuite which may affect group dynamics.

Myself and three friends enjoyed a wonderful weekend. Really convenient location to great shops and restaurants within walking and short drive distances. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen for the few meals we made ourselves. Leah is a wonderful host and I highly recommend this rental location. I hope to be back.

This house was great. The location was ideal, the bathrooms were excellent, and the AC in each room was nice so that everyone could be comfortable. Close walking proximity to great restaurants and parking was reasonably easy to find.

Great location for visiting all Newport has to offer! Highly recommend! Leah is accomodating, quick to respond and the four bedroom apartment is perfect for a friends getaway, two couples, or a family with small children.
