About this property

3 Bedroom Spacious Monterey Condo-Green Valley Spa-Las Palmas Resort-Large Deck

We have a Membership Access as a club owner to the clubs large lap pool, kiddie pool, diving pool, indoor pool, basketball court, pickle ball courts, ping pong, shuffle board, oversize chess, and additional two homeowner pools and hot tubs. This is the only 3 bedroom condo that has been completely rebuilt, remodeled and refurbished with lofted ceilings and more . The Monterrey Condo is the the nicest and largest of the 3 bedroom units (there is a big difference in sizes of 3 bedroom units!!!) 1720 sq ft compared to 1124 sq ft. Located on the 3rd floor (top floor) which makes it the quietest unit, no noise from above unlike most of the other units. It has elevator(as elevator door opens, there is the door to the condo) or it has direct stair access, it is the most secure, quietest, and has the best view of the common area amenities. Also lap pool, and indoor pool, kids pool, 2 hot tubs, splash pad, and 2 other swimming pools with hot tubs. Shuffle board, multiple basketball courts, 2 pickleball courts, 2 Table Tennis, outdoor oversize chess pad. Two King size beds and one Queen. WiFi secure access. Because we have the upgraded membership in the club house, there is no charge for the use of the equipment to play pickle ball, basketball, chess, table tennis, and shuffleboard. There are many tennis courts nearby. 12 golf courses nearby. Also several parks with splash pads, climbing area, and a train.

Renters have access to indoor roller skating rink and ice cream on adjacent property.


Condo is part of a major Resort.
If you are booking other units for your party, such as family reunions, you should know we do not allow gatherings of other people in our condo other than the up to 6 occupants. No smoking or pets.

We've stayed here many times and will continue to return. Love having the multiple pool options and plenty of tennis courts to choose from. The condo is always clean and has a wide open floor plan which makes it feel very spacious and this building has the best view in the entire complex.

For Las Palmas, this is a spacious 3 bedroom. We enjoyed our stay and property manager was responsive. We had several issues with older appliances, but nothing that kept us from having fun. Condo has some aspects that are dated from a decor point of view. We would stay there again as we like the location and amenities. They had some personal items in the condo, but the cozy homemade quilts were a plus!!

Wonderful stay in the Penthouse

We loved our time at Las Palmas! The unit has the best location to the main pool area amenities which are included with your stay. The deck is spacious and where we spent hours soaking up the November sunshine. We had everything we needed in the well stocked kitchen and plenty of room to spread out among the spacious condo. It was spotlessly clean. It’s central to everything in town-hiking, shopping. It’s very quiet and peaceful at night. Thanks for hosting is!

Nice and roomy condo, grounds were pretty and well kept. Pool was really nice, lots of kids though. Minor complaints were dishwasher did not wash well and knives were so dull we donated a knife sharpener and cutting board to the unit for future guests.

Great location for a fun family trip!

We really enjoyed this spacious condo and the 4 nights we spent there. It was very comfortable and had great views from the balcony. The kitchen was stocked with mostly everything we needed to cook and store our meals. We've never done a VRBO so I didn't think to bring zipper bags or plastic wrap. The only thing that remotely soured the trip for us was some sheets had a couple stains on them. My 4 year old came to me and said there was blood on his bed. I don't think it was blood, it looked more like a makeup foundation stain, which can be very difficult to remove. There weren't stray hairs or anything that convinced me the sheets were unwashed. With that being said, we would definitely stay in this unit time and time again. Also, one concern my husband had was the outdated TV in the listing picture, he was happily surprised to see a nice large flat screen upon our arrival!

We are members of the club, so you don't have to pay the $10/person charge to use the amenities or the equipment. This resort has the best of the best amenities and this condo has the best location and view to enjoy them all. It is located on the top, third floor so you don't get all the noise from people above you like you would in most of the other condos.
