Charming house of 90 m2 with authentic character, ideal for 8 people. In the city center and a few minutes from the sea, it welcomes you for a simple and friendly stay.
It includes:

On the ground floor:
- A living room/lounge with two sofas, four armchairs, TV,
- An open and equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, 4-burner induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster),
- A veranda with table and chairs for 8 people,
- separate toilet,

On the first floor:
- A bedroom with a 140cm bed, a shower, a sink and a large closet,
- A second bedroom with a 140cm bed and storage space,
- separate toilet,

On the second floor:
- A room with 4 beds of 90cm,
- A bathroom with towel dryer.

A pleasant south facing garden completes this property. Possibility to park a car within the property (garden). Washing machine in the laundry room at the back of the house. Accommodation equipped with duvets. WIFI. Animal not allowed.

La maison est propre,les fauteuils du salon à changer. Ĺes vitres de la véranda n'étaient pas faites.trop de placards encombrés par des affaires personnelles. Pas de chaises longues dans le jardin. Enlever les photos de famille. Une maison doit être neutre.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette ravissante maison très bien équipée. Elle était propre mais nous avons été incommodé par la forte odeur d'humidité. Il a été nécessaire de laissé les fenêtres ouvertes en permanence.
