This home features a spacious great room with soaring ceilings and pocket sliders, the picturesque paver pool deck and outside bar await you. Outside living and entertaining is a breeze with a built-in bar and awning for shade, covered outside kitchen with grill, small bar fridge, and deep freezer. It also has a screened lanai with plenty of shade for hanging out. King Bed in the Master Bedroom. The Guest Bedroom has a Queen and 2 Twin Beds (Sleeps 6). This beachy chic home has porcelain tile floors throughout all the rooms, inside laundry, and a fenced-in backyard with a firepit. Very central to wonderful beaches, shopping, and dining. 2- car Outside parking and street parking available. NO GARAGE Access, the garage will not be available for use.

Very nice!

Easy process! Nice home, nice neighborhood, close to the beaches and town! Pool was great! Owner very attentive to any requests or questions! They even added a Queen size bed to accommodate our family of 5. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect Coastal Retreat

Loved this property and all that it had to offer! Will stay here every time we come back down to visit the Bradenton area. This location has every amenity that a family could need, and the location is ideal for enjoying all of the great local activities like the beach, shopping, restaurants, golf courses, etc.

A wonderfully relaxing home.

We loved this home! The layout, the pool, having movie nights, a cooks kitchen, close to beautiful beaches & great food, & relaxing with family. The owner was super responsive & nice! We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Great house

We had to switch gears quickly since 5 days before we were to leave another place we had reserved months in advance had canceled. I found this house and messaged the host to make sure it was available. She personally called and assured me it was. She was always great on communication while we were there checking in to make sure everything was good. The house was amazing, especially the pool and tiki bar. The neighborhood is beautiful, and close to stores and not far from the island. I can not thank the host enough for a amazing place to stay.

Bradenton is known for its small-town charm with a big city magnetism. Some say you fall in love with Bradenton after your first visit due to its pleasant all-year climate and serene sunsets, making it the ideal vacation spot for many.

With world-famous beaches like Coquina Beach and Manatee Beach, white sand, amazing amenities, and plenty of sun, Our house is centrally located and only a 10-15 min car ride to escape for a beach getaway.
