This was such a nice place to stay. The house had everything we could have asked for. I was on a fishing vacation and we parked two trucks and full size bass boats easily in the driveway. The cul-de-sac made it extremely easy to back in the boats and the property is gated from the hustle and bustle. I just loved being there.I honestly can't say enough.

Eric is a fantastic host. He is extremely communicative and quick to respond. The property is clean and as advertised. I highly recommend his property for any vacation plans that take you to Guntersville.

The host was very responsive. The propertywas well maintained and very clean. It was great for our group of 9 folks there celebrating family birthdays. The open floor plan was great for visiting. The only issue was it was difficult to visit outdoors at times due to the heavy traffic noise. The convenience is great tho.

Very nice place with a great view and nice outside entertainment areas. Plenty of room for several people. Only thing that would have been useful for us would have been a fish cleaning station down on the dock somewhere. Other than that everything was great and we will be booking for next year here. Thanks to Eric for a great vacation!

Lake Guntersville lake house

Beautiful home on Lake Guntersville and the views are spectacular. The owner Eric was wonderful to work with and made our stay worth coming back to visit.

The property was excellent, conveniently located on Lake Guntersville with quick access to two boat ramps. Communication with the property owner was awesome and very helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving retreat

We came up to spend time with family and this place was perfect for an intimate family get together. Had fun by the lake, put a fire in the fire pit, played games at the dining room table...just perfect.
