Beautiful and comfortable home with a spacious garden in a very quiet neighbourhood. It’s very close to the beach and nice towns. Perfect place to stay with a family and/or friends.

The property was very nice and clean and had a lovely yard. It was a great location for exploring the D-Day sights. Communication and access was very good. Unfortunately, there were a few things that bothered us so I'm leaving this comment in case it helps future visitors. 1. Smoke detector: when we arrived, the only smoke detector in the house was sitting on the table by the front door without a battery. I contacted the Cocoonr team and they brought us a new battery within a few hours. The woman who brought the battery to us was baffled (as we were) that there was no place to secure the smoke detector to the wall or ceiling. 2. Linens: ALL linens need to be rented (bath towels, kitchen towels and bed linens). The cost seemed high compared to what I've paid at other properties. The linens were left in an IKEA bag, inside the front door. Making our own beds usually wouldn't be a problem but we arrived late, after a long drive and putting duvets into duvet covers annoyed our tired group. It would have been nice to have the beds ready.  3. Soap: There wasn't a sink in the toilet room and the shower room didn't have soap. There was only 1 dishwasher soap tablet for our 3 day stay.  4. No instructions on how to lock the doors. We figured it out but I'd suggest adding instructions to the house manual. With a few low cost changes, the host could make visitors feel more comfortable.

The house was comfortable and welcoming. Great kitchen, well equipped. Bedrooms were also nice and airy. Beds were comfortable, we all slept well. Garden was nice end spacious with a barbecue which we didn't use because the weather was to hot. We even had our own parking place although there was no need, because the house was in a very quiet neighbourhood. The beach was a 10 minute walk away! The next village (Courseuille sur mer) was only a 30 minutes walk away ( over the beautiful beach) or a five minutes drive away. A typical French village. You have to go there! Markets, stores en even a Carrefour City. The big stores Lidl, Carrefour etc. were a fifteen minutes drive away. Graye-sur-mer is a very cental village. Lots of special places to go. Like Bayeux, Honfleur, Falaise and even Mont Saint Michel.

Wir waren als Familie unterwegs,Haus, Garten und Terrasse sind in einem guten und schönen Zustand.Der Strand ist zu Fuß in etwa 5 min erreichbar.Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

La maison était parfaitement équipée pour nous permettre de nous reposer confortablement et de cuisiner quelques soirs. L'hôte était disponible et serviable, et tout était très clair et simple. Calme et spacieuse, elle bénéficiait également d'un emplacement idéal. Nous y retournerions avec plaisir.

Heerlijk, rustig, schoon en ruim huis op 10 min. afstand lopen van zee. Je woont op 1e verdieping waar eigenlijk alles is. Ruim voldoende keukenspullen. Prima badkamer. Ook mooi terras. Grote tuin waar je ook je auto parkeert binnen het hek.Wij voelden ons er thuis.

Hébergement incroyable proche plage et commerces jardin immense et super terrasse pour des soirées barbecue . Tout à disposition. Les chambres sont très confortables et grandes. Nous avons passés un séjour fantastique.

Très bien pour tout ce qui concerne le débarquement. En revanche, les restaurateurs en bord de mer sont très voire trop chers versus la qualité du service et celle des plats.Beaucoup de déception culinaire. Château de Falaise pour Guillaume le Conquérant très bien.

Alles was aanwezig was je nodig hebt en thuis ook hebt, een vaatwasser, wasmachine, magnetron, oven met elektrische kookplaat en een vrijstaande woning. Als we weer terug willen naar Normandië dan gaan we zeker deze woning weer proberen te boeken! 🙁 Als de badkamer opgeknapt is (waar men nog mee bezig is) dan krijgt het huisje zeker een 9."
