Our holiday rental is located on the 3rd floor of the "Haus Jahreszeiten" at Margaretenstr. 20 in the centre of Binz, just 30 metres from the Baltic Sea.
The holiday rental is accessible by lift. It is situated in a very quiet area yet still in the heart of town on Margaretenstraße. This street connects the Baltic Sea to Lake Schmachter via the “Kunstmeile” (Art Mile).
It’s 50 metres to the fine sandy beach—a favourite for over 125 years—and the promenade, 350 metres to Lake Schmachter, and 150–300 metres to the high street with its numerous restaurants and shops. Just around the corner, for example, is the “Alter Fritz” brewery and pub, serving its own award-winning beer.
Several bakeries offering breakfast items, a fish market, and an EDEKA supermarket with many sea buckthorn products (the “lemon of the North”) and the very popular natural products from “Molkerei Inselfrische,” as well as a phone ordering service and free delivery for orders of 25 EUR or more, are located right next door.

Most stores are open daily, including Sundays, from May through October.

Various hotels offering day spa packages, such as("artepuri meersinn," "Loev," or "Hotel am Meer") are located in the immediate vicinity. At the Binztherme, you can bathe in natural brine straight from the source—no need to travel all the way to the Dead Sea.
