An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance leads over 11 steps directly in the living room/bedroom. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room / bedroom with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed, lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 additional bed at bunk bed (upstairs). Kitchenette in the living room with electric cooker induction cooker (4 plates), exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer) and microwave. 2 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and window.
In addition, your bungalow is equipped with telephone. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

San Vincenzo. The villa is located in a holiday complex, on an enclosed garden plot with lawn and trees, bounded by a fence and a hedge. The complex consists of 252 villas, 116 hotel rooms and 34 residences. The resort is set in a centuries-old park adjoining the Rimigliano Park, just 7 km from the Gulf of Baratti. Access is directly from the main (asphalted) road. Parking on the property.
