Comfy and cozy home

We had 6 adults and 3 kids during our stay. Plenty of room and comfy beds. We really enjoyed the golf cart and how close we were to camp watercolor. Great house with everything you need.

Excellent location

First time to seagrove, loved the community. We used bikes and golf cart daily and enjoyed the beaches, watercolor facilities and the downtown square. The home was as listed, spacious, clean and easily fit our extended family comfortably. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Family spring break

We love Watercolor and always have to a have a golf cart wherever we stay. This house was great! Good location close to Camp Watercolor. Having the 6 seat golf cart makes access to everything in watercolor/seaside easy. Had issue figuring out the golf cart when we arrived but contacted the property management company and in 5 minutes they had someone there to show us there was a plug as well under the middle seat. Definitely would return/recommend Mint Julep

Great Vacation Home

We are coming to the Watercolor / Seaside area for 10 years. I can tell that this is one of our best stays so far. House was new, clean, and with all new high-end appliances. The big deal is all king mattresses are Temperpedic brands. I have one home and I can recognize the Temperpedic mattress. Great night of sleep in any of four king-size beds. A great addition is you don't have to pay for a Golf cart which is included in the rental with the house.
